Day 27. Cricklade Wilts. Wednesday 21 May 2003. Gillian and Anthony Pack

Well today is the last day for Anthony and Gillian; tomorrow they fly back to NZ. The day seems to be subdued as they pack.

We should have gone out this evening, even if it was only for a couple of goodbye drinks at the Red Lion.

Vicky cooked a lovely goodbye dinner of chicken with all the trimmings. Desert was served but for the life of me I cannot remember what it was now (sorry Vicky) but I know that it would have been delicious too.

On second thoughts maybe it was better we didn't go out for a few drinks this evening. The dinner was lovely and who knows what a couple of drinks may have led to.
