Ground Zero is here

OldEric says :-)... We fly out on NZ2 this evening from Auckland 2045 local via LAX to Heathrow. We have got our Jet-Lag and herbal sleeping tablets and my pressure stockings. I'm armed with a novel and a crossword book to do if I can't sleep like last trip. Pat has got a pile of Womans Weeklies but she will sleep ok. Gillian has got a Geoffrey Archer book of short stories and I don't know what Anthony has got, if anything.

Anthony now prefers to be called Anthony in the immediate family and not Tony as all his friends call him. He has just rung us to say we had better go a half hour earlier, someone told him there are roadworks and a possible delay. Well thats ok, Pat enjoys wandering about the Airport and all the hustle in a busy airport. Her Adrenalin starts running! We can probably have a quiet meal together, Curry or Italian.

Gillian will join us, Paul will run her from Whitianga and bring the girls too. Hugs and kisses all round. That is the nice thing now I'm a Granddad! The girls love to hug us all, especially Tahlia.
